about Photos on 13/03/2007 - like it?

Reading through my copy of GQ today I stumbled upon several full page spreads advertising Disney theme parks.

The photos were breathtaking. Featuring Scarlett Johansson, Beyonce Knowles, Lyle Lovett, Oliver Platt, and David Becham.

See the thumbnails and click for larger. They are fantastic, though obviously photoshopped.

They are great pix, but more striking is that Fred, a computer geek and certified pharmacy technician, is a GQ man. Who would’a thunk it? BTW, like the new theme but am sorry you lost your archives. Wordpress has some sort of back-up function which I think I will use right now for my own blog.

I did a full SQL backup,… but the compressed file (about 120 Megabytes worth of photoblog and weblog) got corrupted.

I do get GQ and Esquire….. some good reads once in a while. Plus I like to read up about the fashion that I could never afford. Even If I had the kind of scratch to buy a $450 pair of shoes… i never could bring myself to do it.
